With over twenty-five years of studio experience at Studio Elance, Winsor Fitness, Sheppard Method Pilates, and Bodyline, he has worked privately with elite athletes and dancers, as well as the injured and physically limited.

He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Stevens Point with a degree in Dance Kinesiology. Robert is fully certified in both Classical Romana’s Pilates, as well as Balanced Body. In the past year, Robert traveled and spent time in India where he studied yoga in an ashram, learning yogic philosophy from Swami Prabodh Chaitanya. He incorporates a holistic approach to Pilates bringing in wisdoms from Yoga, Energy Work, Sound, and Meditation.
